You all are so blessed to have snow and snow to ski on even better! :-) He has to be the cutest Skier I have ever seen! Look at those little skis!!! :-)

#2 - Deb - Mom of 3 Girls @ 12:48 am

He looks pretty proud of himself - I hope the lesson went well! Happy WW :)

#3 - Catherine @ 12:54 am

That is such a great idea! I always have TONS of grocery bags piling up that I have to bring back to the store for recycling. These bags are super cute and eco-friendly! I’ve never seen anyone at the grocery store with a bag like this. Maybe I’ll start a *green* trend in good ol’ Jersey. :)

#4 - Diana @ 12:54 am

How fun! I love to see pint-sized kids skiing!

What a great way to spend the first day of a new year! (Well, if you’re into getting up early and you’re flexible and fearless, that is!!) Hope you had fun!

#10 - Mama's Nest @ 1:41 am

Such fun! We got dumped on here too. I can’t wait until next year when my little one is old enough for lessons, until then, we’ll stick to sledding!

#11 - Anna @ 1:42 am

#12 - Wendy @ 1:50 am

What a fun way to start the new year! With his energy, I’m sure he’ll be a pro in no time. :)

It may not take first place, but he’ll be boasting to all his friends about how he did something they didn’t do. :) Reminds me of my first time skiing.

#27 - Robin (the pensieve one) @ 9:55 am

He’s grinning like a Cheshire cat and he doesn’t even know cheesecake is in his future :).

Jackson sure looks like he knows what he’s doing. Isn’t that part of it?

#28 - Pamela Kramer @ 10:13 am

What a great picture! He’s a brave little guy.

#29 - MomOnTheGo @ 10:17 am

It’s amazing how much anticipation can be conveyed in just a smile and the outline of eyes through a mask. It will be interesting to see what he does more - ski or eat cheesecake - as the time passes.

#30 - Mycrazylife @ 10:31 am

That looks like fun! I used to work at a ski resort, although, the indoor pool was the closest I got to snow.

I’d try it now, but I have the brittle bone factor!

Blessings,
Hallie

#31 - Jamie @ 10:31 am

I love kids skiing. When I used to be an avid skier one of my favorite things to do as I was riding up the ski lift was to watch all the kids.

My son wants to learn how to ski so I think I’m going to check into some lessons for him - he’s 9 and really wants to do it.

#35 - Denise @ 11:18 am
