Hey 5 Minutes for Mom readers. This is Patti from Sincerely Jean and today I am sharing with you the most delicious cookies. I am a big fan of brownies. If I could eat brownies every day, I would. My favorite kind is Betty Crocker Fudge Mix. I use to make homemade brownies but ever since I tried these I haven’t gone back.
The other day I was thinking of different ways to make a brownie and I decided to try to make brownie cookies. I am so glad I did. They were so yummy! It still switched things up a bit for my family because they were shaped like cookies but I was still getting what I wanted for dessert hehe.
- 1 Box Betty Crocker Fudge Mix Brownies
- ½ C oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 C flour
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- With a cookie scoop, scoop batter onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake fro 10-11 minutes.
- Let cool for 2 minutes then place cookies on cooling rack.
This recipe is so simple to make. It doesn’t need very many ingredients but turns out so delicious. I love that these brownie cookies don’t produce as many crumbs as brownies do. My little ones are able to eat these with a little less clean up then with normal brownies. I will definitely be making these again.
