Countdown to the Ultimate Blog Party…

In a matter of hours the party will start!

• For all of you who are ready and waiting for the Mr. Linky to come up so that you can be the first on the list – the Mr. Linky will go up at 12am Eastern March 2, (9pm Pacific March 1.) • How to Win the Blog Party Prize You Want the Most – In order to help you get the prize you want, we are letting you submit a wish list. Click here to read how it works.
• We have finalized all of the details on the prize listings page. Please check your listing and email us right away if you see a problem.
• We are experiencing some technical difficulties. If you come to the site and it is down - please do not panic. It will be back up momentarily. We know why this problem is occurring and will avoid the situation during this next week so that our site will hopefully not go down during the party. Next week, we will update our wordpress and try to get the problem fixed. Thanks for your understanding.
• Wondering what to post about? Remember only one post needs to be your “party post.” The rest of the week you blog as usual. Just remember to link to your specific party post url or have your party post as a sticky (that means it remains all week as the top post on your home page) so that everyone can easily find your party. (If you don’t know how to do that, you can always link to your party post in your top post every day so that people can be redirected to your party.)

  As for what to post about - you can do whatever you want. It is your party! Just try to include a bit of small talk (introduction to yourself and/or your blog) for newcomers to learn a bit about you. You can include music, videos, photos, recipes, etc. Whatever you want!

  Oh - and you should probably link back to the party so that your readers know what you are doing! And include an open invitation - everyone is welcome! Party goers (must be attending, linking and posting a party post on their blog) have until 12pm Eastern, March 8, to sign the Mr. Linky to be included in the big prize draw. (We will no longer be accepting new prize listings.) All this info is included here and here.
