In this Work At Home Resource Section, we will bring you an honest look at the work-at-home opportunities available to moms.
We’re NOT going to tell you, “Of course you can stay at home with your kids and easily make a living on the Internet or with your own home business.”
Because it is NOT easy.
Yes, it can be done, but it is hard. And it’s not just hard as in that it takes hard work, commitment and perserverence. Yes, a successful home business does take all of those things, but it takes more.
It takes knowledge, research and an understanding of yourself and the business opportunities.
Becoming a work-at-home-mom (WAHM) who brings in a substantial income also takes TIME.
It is not going to happen quickly and while you’re working towards building a profitable business, you’re going to need another income to support your family.
Also, it really helps if you have an emotional support system and a business networking support system. Convincing yourself that you’ll one day see a profit is hard enough – you’ll need loving family and friends to encourage you when you’re down.
Here we want to provide a place to share knowledge, experience and support for moms at all stages of their work at home businesses.
We will share from our experience of working at home over the last three years. We’ll point you in the direction of valuable resources and tools. We’ll try to warn you about scams and let you know whether a book, e-book, training course etc. does or doesn’t live up to our expectations.
We also encourage you to share comments and articles and together we can build a valuable work at home resource for moms.
