Lisa Gulley is a personal trainer turned stay at home mom who can be found doing walking lunges at the park with her 2 young boys. She tries to find creative ways for staying fit in between feeding kids, changing diapers, and doing laundry. Sometimes she succeeds, sometimes she does not, but she has vowed to keep on trying!
In her spare time, she teaches Spinning and Boot Camp classes and enjoys running. She also hosts a blog for busy parents called Workout Mommy.
Lisa has been blogging for a year now and finds it a great way to hold herself, and others, accountable for staying fit. Her motto is “Never underestimate the power of a workout!”
