Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue has arrived

Spend more than five minutes with either of my daughters and you’ll quickly learn that they love Tinker Bell! Just don’t ask them who Peter Pan is. Isn’t that funny? In the eyes of my girls Tinker Bell is not the fairy sidekick to Peter Pan. She is, and has always been, a stand-alone fairy with a big heart and knack for getting into mischief!

My girls are absolutely drawn to anything “Tink”! Without a second thought they both decided to be Tinker Bell for Halloween this year and we have been counting down the days for the dvd release of Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue!

Well the waiting is officially over! Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue hit store shelves this week on Disney DVD and in an amazing Two-Disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo!!!

In Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue, Tink finds herself, once again, in quite the interesting situation when she meets her very first human friend. Of course Tink will need the help of her beloved fairy friends to find her way out of the mess that is ahead of her!

My favorite part in the movie is when nine-year-old Lizzy, a firm believe in fairies, decides she must know everything there is about real-life fairies and records everything in her “Scientific Fairy Research” journal! My daughters have that exact same inquisitive nature and would probably be asking Tink a thousand questions, too!

I know that many of you ran to the store right away on Tuesday to get your own copy of Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue (Twitter was buzzing all day about the dvd release) but we have an amazing Tinker Bell prize package that we are giving away to TWO lucky readers to give your family even more Tinker Bell fun!

The TWO Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue Fairy Finding Kits include:

  • a Pixie Hollow Fairy Field Journal
  • a Tinker Bell Reusable Shopping Bag
  • a Tinker Bell Water Bottle
  • a Pixie Hollow Starter Flower Garden
  • Prizing is courtesy of Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment & PixieHollow.com

To enter, simply leave us a comment telling us a question your child would ask a fairy if they met one! This giveaway is open to US shipping addresses and ends on October 1st. Please see our site’s terms and conditions for our complete contest rules.

The fairy fun doesn’t stop with this great giveaway…We also have some special fairy funtime crafts and recipes that you can share with your kids to continue celebrating the return of their favorite fairy! My girls are very excited to make Tinker Bell’s Refreshing Pixie Nectar as we watch Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue for the second time this week!

But wait….there’s more! We also want to offer our readers an amazing coupon for $10 off the Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue Blu-ray/DVD Combo Pack from Disney Movie Rewards! This is a great opportunity to stock up on a special gift for the fairy lovers in your family!!!

Thank you to Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment for providing my family and our two winners with these amazing Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue Fairy Finding Kits!

My girls both are going to be pixie fairies for Halloween and would LOVE To win these great Tinkerbell prizes! My younger daughter would probably tug on the fairies wings and ask to try them on! And my older daughter, always the intellectual, would ask about how it feels to fly and ask specifics of fairy life. 🙂

My daughter would ask Tinkerbell how to become a real fairy.

She has a Tinkerbell and the lost Treasure costume that my mother made her that she LOVES! She goes around all day saying how she is Tinkerbell and how she is going to live with all the fairies.

We have Peter Pan and the two new Tinkerbell films and if she ever gets to pick a movie to watch one of those three will be what she picks. I already know what one of her Christmas presents would be, adding this prize pack to it would just be amazing!
