CONTESTS & SWEEPSTAKES

• LAVANILA Laboratories proudly announces the birth of its newest addition, The Healthy Baby Collection. Launching exclusively in Sephora stores nationwide, this luxurious line will be the only in-store baby collection carried by the prestige beauty leader.

  To celebrate this exciting launch, the two have teamed up and will be launching “The Happy, Healthy Baby Search” to find the first face of the Healthy Baby Collection.

  To kick off the search, LAVANILA is holding an open casting call at Sephora 5th Avenue on May 14th from 2PM to 6PM. Parents are encouraged to bring their babies into the store to meet the founders/judges, have their entry photo taken and receive samples of the new collection. Plus, the first 50 parents to enter their babies will receive a Sephora gift card with a mystery value up to $100!

  Parents who can’t make it to the casting call or live outside the NYC area can also enter online at Sephora.com until June 1st. All babies must be between six months and four years old.

 

• In YouTube’s Smalltalk contest, parents can send their crazy, funny, cooky videos of their kids to win $10,000! Find all the details here.

 

• Fujifilm and Rite Aid just launched a contest called MyWayPhotoContest.com. It’s a seasonal photo competition where visitors can submit and vote on their favorite pictures in three main categories: Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Graduation. The grand prize winner will take home $5,000 dollars and a bunch of awesome photo gifts. In addition to the grand prize, 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize packages will be awarded in every category, and there will be free daily giveaways from Rite Aid as well as useful photo taking tips from the pros, recipe ideas and instructions for fun arts and crafts projects.

 

• Ace’s Helpful Hands is a nationwide contest where Ace will give one high school in each of the 50 states a $2,000 paint makeover, including 1 day of labor from local Ace retailers and community volunteers.

  Now through May 31st, participants can submit a high school in need of a paint makeover via the following website: http://www.acehardware.com/helpfulhands. In addition to the 50 paint makeover winners, one runner-up high school from each state will receive a $500 Ace Gift Card to put toward a paint makeover of their own.
