The best part of the new Converse Loopholes is coming up with fun ways to lace them. Here is a pattern I came up with using bar lacing and making flower petal bows. This post in not sponsored, but we were sent Converse Loophole samples for our girls. We were not asked to post here on 5 Minutes for Mom, but I had so much fun lacing them, I just had to share with you…
I am not an expert in tying shoelaces, but the new Chuck Taylor All Star Converse Loopholes for girls are so fun, I just had to try something new.
The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Loopholes have a loom tongue pattern and come with two sets of laces so your kids can weave any kind of pattern they can dream up.
When my niece Julia saw that one of the styles on the box had the laces tied at the sides, she wanted me to tie hers at the side too.
So, for the next hour or so, I fiddled around and came up with a fun style.
Olivia loved the look too and asked me to tie hers the same.
I made an alternating bar lace pattern – woven through the loom tongue – and tied multiple bows on opposite corners to make “flower petals bows.”
Here is a quick video to show how I laced them…
