Preschoolers can learn to ride two-wheelers without training wheels. The secret is a balance bike (often called a running bike)!

Janice with Stephanie aka Metropolitan Mama

Janice is heading home from Disney in the morning. It will be a long journey home from Orlando to Seattle by air with a connection along the way. Then a very late night drive home from Seattle to Vancouver.

I imagine she’s busy soaking up every last magical Disney moment with her family as she hasn’t even made time to call me. LOL

Bike season is here. Get your preschoolers moving fast with a balance bike (sometimes called a running bike) from one of our stores.

My favorite video ever is this one we made of Julia and her best friend riding their balance bikes.

Julia has been riding a balance bike since she was 2 years old. For her 4th birthday we bought her a pedal bike and she could immediately ride it without any training wheels. At almost 5 years old now, she still loves riding both her balance bike and her pedal bike.
