Kick Start Your New Year’s Resolutions with Nike+ Kinect Training (Giveaway)

I am bound and determined that 2013 is THE year that I finally get my overweight self into shape. There have been tons of bloggers in my past that have done that and they are so inspiring to me when I see the before and after photos. I want to reach that goal this year!

I am taking a different approach this year though. I am using the gaming systems to help me exercise and strength train. My favorite? The Nike+ Kinect Strength Training from XBox.

The Nike+ Kinect Training personalized workout program can help you “Train for Your Moment” – whether running a five minute mile, summiting your first mountain or simply rocking your skinny jeans in 2013.

I love that this program is made just for me and that I can keep track of everything I am doing, right on screen. Because it tracks my movements, it can give me instant results for what I am doing. There is no other product on the market that can do that.

Another thing that I love about the Nike+ Kinect Training are the video diaries available. You can get encouragement from athletes like Olympic gold medalist Shawn Johnson, NFL wide receiver DeSean Jackson, TV host Julie Alexandria and DJ Skee working out with Nike+ Kinect.

In fact, that is exactly what we are doing. Our prize is $100 to the person who loses the most weight (I am bound and determined to beat the hubby!)
Grab a copy today for you and your family and get started on that resolution to get healthier in 2013 (must have the Kinect in order to play this game.)

Join the movement

On the Xbox Facebook page, the “Train for Your Moment” app lets you create, track and share your fitness journey with others online.
