My son is seven and is obsessed with all things “boy.”

He loves to battle bad guys. And if you make those bad guys aliens? Well, that is just a recipe for something Jackson will love!

In short, yes, from the first moment he laid eyes on it, my son has been a fan of Ben 10.

So, I can pretty much assume buying a Ben 10 present for him will always be a safe bet.

When I read about the Alien Creation Challenge, I knew it would be the perfect Ben 10 toy for Jackson.

The Alien Creation Challenge is made for kids to test their alien design skills. Kids race against a timer as they piece together alien torsos and limbs to recreate figures based on alien combo cards. If time runs out, the tray pops up along with all the alien pieces.

Kids can even keep the challenge going by adding additional figures to the play set and creating additional alien combo cards online. The play set includes three alien figures and 10 alien combo cards, as well as a special key to unlock figures.

Jackson loves to build — and I love it when he challenges his mind and his imagination. (Even if it is for creating aliens!)

The timer adds to the fun, keeping the kids’ fingers and minds moving as fast they can!
