NOD_2009_08_WORKBENCH-1The Land of Nod sent a package to my door, much to my son’s delight. Inside was a darling mini-workbench that he played with all day and night. It doubles as a toolbox, which makes it easy to carry and fun. I love that it is a natural toy, chemical free and wooden.

I am so pleased with the mini-workbench and discovered that they offer a larger one, so I am planning on purchasing it this Christmas as a surprise for my son.

*The Land of Nod sent me a mini-workbench to review. They also generously supplied a mini-workbench for Under The Tree. I did not review the sewing kit or the ornaments.

My daughter would totally love the sewing machine. She is starting to design her own t-shirts and doll clothes. This would be perfect to take her to the next level!

What a wonderful prize. My granddaughter would love this and the ornaments would make a great family hand me down. Thank you!

  3. Jessica says

I’d love for my daughter to learn to sew (I’d have to have her grandmother helpl and then maybe they can then teach me). I really like the ornaments too.

  4. Julie Smith says

I am a newsletter subscriber. This sewing kit would be great for my son (I know that it’s designed for a girl, I guess, but he likes doing lots of things). Since he is always bugging me to help when I quilt or sew, this would be great for him to use on his own, and we have purchased from Land of Nod in the past, so I know that it will be durable for him as well.

Aweee. This sewing machine is fantastic. I’ve been thinking about getting one. During the holidays I am constantly off in my sewing room creatings this years gifts. My daughter is 7 and this would make it so I can teach her how to sew and she can sit next to me while we work on gifts for family.

  6. Heather N says

Can’t wait to start teaching my son and daughter to sew! They’ve already done a little but I’m a little scared to turn them loose on my machine so this makes a great beginner for kids!

  7. Jessica Kaufman says

This is so adorable. I love the 12 days of Christmas ornaments. The sewing machine would be so cute for my daughter.

  8. Eileen says

Wow…what a great gift. My little girl was looking at a sewing machine to add to wish list but she “decided” it was too expensive. I could see her tying line to the bulbs and decorating her room with these beautiful ornaments. THAT way they would be safe from scratches, etc. I would love to be able to surprise her with this!!!
