Easter Basket Lemon Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon or yellow cake mix
  • 1 lemon instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup salad oil

Instructions

  1. Mix cake mix and instant pudding together; add eggs and water, beating for 2 minutes. Add salad oil, and beat for another 2 minutes.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for about 18-20 minutes. When cupcakes have baked, remove from pan, and allow to cool.
  3. Once cupcakes have thoroughly cooled, decorate and enjoy!
