Ingredients
Baby Kale
Baby Spinach
Pearsdiced
Walnuts
Cooked Beetsdiced and sliced beets on the side
Feta Cheese
Grilled Chickenoptional
Red Wine Vinegrette
1part Red Wine
1part Olive Oil
sprinkling of Sea Salt
sprinkling of Salad Herb Seasoning
Instructions
Boil or roast beets. (One easy way to roast beets is to wash the beets, then lightly coat with olive oil, wrap in tin foil and bake for 45-60 minutes at 375F.)
