3cans Refrigerated biscuitssuch as Pillsbury, or the generic
8oz.Dicedcooked ham bits
12oz.Broccoli dicesfrozen (such as the steamables)
1-2cupsShredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F. Spray or line a 12-cup muffin tin.
Take one of the biscuit dough pieces, and spread it along the inside of the muffin cup. Cover all the bottom and up the sides of the muffin tin. Continue with the other 11 spots in the muffin tin.
In a bowl, mix the ham, broccoli and cheese together. I used 2 cups of cheese because we LOVE cheese, but decide the amount based on your family's preferences. Scoop some of the mixture into each of the biscuit-lined cups. Fill all the way to the top, making a little peak over the top, as well.
With the remaining biscuit dough pieces, cover the tops of each 'pie', carefully connecting the top to the dough edges to enclose the filling inside. Depending on the biscuit sizes, and how full each 'pie' is, you may need to use more than one biscuit piece, sometimes less. Just tear the biscuit apart if you need to.
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until dough is lightly browned and flaky. Allow to cool about 5 minutes, then remove from muffin tin. Enjoy warm, or even cooled as leftovers!
