Ingredients

bread flour

tablespoons
pumpkin pie spice

teaspoons
baking soda
1 1/2
teaspoons
salt

granulated sugar

can
15 oz pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling!)

large eggs

olive oil
1/2
cup
water

cups
fresh cranberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease & flour loaf pans.
Sift together flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, salt, & sugar.
Add pumpkin, eggs, oil, & water, mix well.
Fold in cranberries.
Spoon batter into loaf pans.
Bake at 350 - 60-65 minutes for regular size loaf pans.
