Ingredients
1cupplain Greek yogurt
1cupmilk or milk alternative
1cupfrozen raspberries
1cupfrozen strawberries
1cupfresh greens such as spinach or kale
1cupNature's Path Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter Love Crunch
1/3cupwalnutsoptional
1/4cuphemp heart seedsoptional
berries and orange slices for garnish
Instructions
Put yogurt, milk, frozen fruit and greens in blender
Blend on high until smooth
Pour smoothie mixture into bowls
