Easy Herb Butter
Herb butter is delicious on top of grilled meat, seafood, pasta, rice, vegetables or spread it on warm crusty bread.

Ingredients
2
sticks unsalted butter
softened
1/4
cup
fresh Italian parsley leaves
1/4
cup
fresh sage leaves
2
tablespoons
fresh rosemary leaves
2
tablespoons
fresh chives
Salt and black pepper
to taste
1/2
teaspoon
crushed red pepper
optional
Instructions
Finely chop all the herbs, and add them to the softened butter.
Stir to combine, taste, and add salt and pepper to your liking.
Serve immediately as a softer spread or place in the fridge to firm up.
