My sweet baby girl, you turned 9 today. I’m so incredibly proud of you and I love and cherish every day watching you grow. But you’re getting so old now and I wish more than ever that I could hit “pauseâ€.
Each day of your life, I’ve said, “Don’t get any older, you’re perfect TODAY!†But then the next day you surprise me by being even more perfect.
You are such a wonderful girl and an amazing blessing to me and your little sister.
Your 8th year has been such fun. Your favourite way to play is to create games and pretend play stories with Sophia and Olivia. You lead the way into magical worlds where you’re all lost in play for hours.
You three have so much fun together and I always tell people you play and love each other like triplets.
I thank the Lord every day that you’re my daughter, Sophia’s sister and Olivia’s cousin. You are a gift to us all.
