• Vote for your favorite Sesame Street moment and be a part of the 40th Anniversary DVD celebration! Genius Products and Sesame Workshop have teamed up with Amazon to allow fans to take a stroll down “Sesame” lane and vote for their favorite classic Sesame Street clip to be included in a DVD compilation due out later this year. You can view ten clips from some of the series’ best classic episodes and vote for your favorite one. The clip with the most votes by April 28th will be featured in the Sesame Street: 40 Years of Sunny Days DVD, slated for release in November 2009.

Talk show host and eco-Mom, Kelly Ripa has launched Electrolux’s newest eco-friendly washer & dryer in a limited edition “Kelly Green” just in time for Earth Day. For every virtual flower planted at www.electroluxappliances.com, Electrolux will donate $1 to Global Green USA to support their healthy green schools initiatives across America.

CONTESTS & SWEEPSTAKES

• Enter the fun daily contest at MyPetPeeves.com! Each week, a set of Pet Peeves plush animals is given to the person who has submitted the best pet peeve. Just fill out the form to enter – you might even be featured on the homepage!
• The Fastest Road to Fun contest invites all players to design their own vehicle using CarStructor, an easy-to-use online creation workshop, and submit it to Vector City Racers. Vector City Racers is an integrated game experience that combines the depth of a massively multiplayer online game (MMO) and the competition of circuit track racing in a casual environment where all roads lead to fun. A panel of five judges from the company will select the grand prize, second place and third place winners. The Fastest Road to Fun Contest begins on April 22, 2009 and ends on June 24, 2009. Winners will be announced on July 1, 2009.

  The grand prize winner’s original vehicle will be featured in the game as one of several default starter vehicles. The grand prize also includes tickets and air travel for up to a family of five to one of the following of the winners choosing: Red Bull Grand Prix, NHRA Autolite Nationals, MonsterJam Truck Show, or NASCAR Allstate 400.
