It usually happens in spring, when flowers decorate green fields and warm air welcomes little ones, fresh, squirming and ready for life.
But this lambing season for the parents at 5 Minutes for Parenting is just beginning…
Megan, one of the contributing writers at 5 Minutes for Parenting, had her second child – a little boy – last week.
Megan, (whose main blog is Fried Okra,) posted this adorable picture of her new son and wrote the sweetest words at 5 Minutes for Parenting. Hop over and welcome the little one if you want. 🙂
In just four weeks, Steph, 5 Minutes for Parenting’s Managing Editor, is due to give birth to her fourth child.
And then, one week later, another of 5 Minutes for Parenting’s writers – Veronica (from Toddled Dredge,) is due!
Wow – that is three babies from one site! They are sure living up to their name over there.
So keep your eyes on your RSS feeds. There will be tons of delicious newborn photos and stories to keep us remembering those magical days when we were first getting to know our beloved babies.
(And fortunately, we can choose to forget the sleepless nights that come along with those beautiful early days…)

I think with the recession no one else could afford to do anything else for Christmas last year because in our circle of family and friends there are 4 babies born in the last month. Well, we’re still waiting on the last one, but he or she is coming any day now. December and January must have been cold months.

Oh cr…, I mean oh my. I’m one of the contributing writers at 5 Minutes for Parenting. I tell you what. I’m not gonna drink the water. Just sayin’.
Maddy says
Well I shall just have to nip over there in a minute and say a word of welcome.
Cheers
