I came home tired. And not just a little bit sleepy, time for a nap, tired. I am talking, agony to be awake, please stop the clock from moving so I can sleep for at least two weeks straight, tired.
But there was no such sleep coming my way. No, of course not. I am a mom. Sleep deprivation is in the job description.
And, in my job description this week, there was also “attend music camp with my children.” (Jackson is in Suzuki piano and the Suzuki program requires parent involvement.) So instead of tending to my pile of BlogHer business cards, I have been sitting at music camp all week. (Olivia loved her baby class – way too cute!)
Today, I finally started to tackle visiting some of my blogging buddies (new and old.) But I got so lost hopping from one blog to another, that my pile of business cards is still huge and I don’t have any posts written with tons of linky love.
BUT – I did read two posts with some fabulous link-fests going on, so I thought I would share these cool (much more organized than I am) bloggers with you so you can enjoy their posts. These two women also happen to be totally FUN women whom I was thrilled to get to know in person.
The first is Loralee from Loralee’s Looney Tunes. She has a page that includes links to all the business cards she collected. That is a ton of work Loralee – THANKS! (Note – I don’t think Loralee’s blog would land in the family friendly category.)
The second is WhyMommy from Toddler Planet. It was so exciting to meet WhyMommy in person. She went link crazy in a post too – and even mentioned me! THANKS!
AND – to make this post even more link-loving – I am going to add a Mr. Linky. If you published a BlogHer post with linky love OR if you weren’t at BlogHer but you want to join in spreading linky love with a post on your site linking to some of your blogging friends, leave your link in the Mr. Linky below.
Have fun…

What a great idea this was, Janice! So many bloggers attended that I haven’t met yet. This is a fun way to read about their trip and meet them. Thank you!

Hey Janice,
No :(, I wasn’t at BlogHer and reading my friends who were? Well…I DO feel like I missed something, ya know?
BUT…instead, at the last minute I threw a BlogHop (and I mean VERY last minute!!) and in spite of the short notice, over 70 bloggers joined in. The best part? I meet & greeted a TON of new women, and I’ve linked the party page here if anyone is looking for some new (or familiar) good reads.
Next year? If I’m not at BlogHer? I can’t wait to host again, and with advance notice? It’s gonna be biggah and bettah :).
Can’t wait to see all our interviews; I’ve got to block of some time without my “people” underfoot, lol.

Love the comment of Digg being 95% technical male. I remember the Kirtsy naming contest. Love the name that won.
