Tackle it Tuesday

I’m Off The Hook

As I mentioned earlier, Janice is taking a long weekend and I’m blogging a bit in her place.

I had full intentions of doing an impressive Tackle It Tuesday, but I then realized that Janice took our digital camera with her on her trip.

It’s actually my husband’s camera, but we all share it, and Janice is the one who uses it the most. We don’t mind because she takes such great photos of Julia.

So, now any amazing tackling would go to waste without the appropriate photo documentation.

Thus, instead of tackling a part of my home, I am instead tackling my backlog of listings waiting for Our Readers Blogs section.

I am constantly behind in that department, so tonight I am trying to get caught up.

My husband and I have been working this week on a program that will help me in future format these interviews and get them posted more quickly. It is almost done, so I just have to finish up my backlog and then I will start using the online form to accept submissions.

If you have not yet been interviewed for Our Readers Blogs section, just send me a note and I’ll email you the url for our new online form.

So what did you tackle this week?
Let us know and join the party.

We are making housework blog-able!

Join Us For Tackle It Tuesday

Each week on Tuesday, we are posting before and after pictures of a project or trouble area that we tackled this week.

I will link to any of you who are also playing along, so add a comment and/or email me. Find out more about Tackle It Tuesday here.

The project can be little or big – whatever you want. Basically, Tackle It Tuesday is about giving ourselves incentive, deadlines and satisfaction in getting our household tasks done.

What a fabulous and inspirational idea! I’m gonna post about you next tuesday in my blog and share my photos too! I’m not a mom…but I do have a husband! Does that count? As a professional organizer, almost all my clients are busy moms. So I can be a honorary part of your group??? : )

    Anyway…I’ll be watching! Ariane

Okay – I really had intentions to post last night, but…I had a long to-do list when I got home last night. I didn’t had time to do my special project I had planned. I was finally done with all my chores at 10pm. I was beat and I just wanted to drop into bed . So, my project has to wait until next week. Sorry Susan and Janice that I didn’t play. But I will make sure that I’ll visit the ladies how did play over the next couple of days…

It feels good getting through all that misc. papers and other projects that just always seem to pile up. My daughter jumped in this week with a clean room. Check it out if you have the chance.

This is such a great idea. Kinda makes it feel like you’re accountable to someone to get those icky jobs done! This is my first time participating and I love it! Hopefully I’ll get to it next week too.

My first post to join in! I have to admit it feels great to get the cleaning part done. Now I just need to get a camera so I can share before and after pictures. Thanks for having a place where we can all share our accomplishments and encourage others to keep tackling!

Am not part of Tackle Tuesday but I happened to visit via Here In The Hills and I didn’t regret doing so. I find your blog very interesting.

    Cheers to another day!

    Thanks Maria!

To report on my progress… I got some more listings done and worked through some of my backlogged emails, but I am yet to finish. Sigh.

But it is 2:00 AM and it’s bedtime. Tomorrow, tomorrow, I’ll have to finish tomorrow.

    G’night.
