Your guests will never know these Dark Chocolate Orange Brownie Bites are healthy. They are rich, fudgy, and have just a hint of orange. Using black beans in place of flour keeps them completely gluten-free!
For a beautiful presentation, you can arrange the muffins on a platter with orange slices, and sprinkle some orange zest all over the top.
When you are checking the muffins for doneness, you might have to try a few different places. If you poke into a chocolate chip, it will appear raw.
If you don’t like orange, you can totally leave that out and follow the recipe exactly the same way.
To cut down on the sugar, you could use your favorite sugar substitute in place of the sugar. Just follow the instructions on the package for substitution amounts. You could also use regular sugar in place of the coconut sugar if you prefer.
How to make these Gluten Free Dark Chocolate Orange Brownie Bites:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add black beans, eggs, cocoa powder, coconut oil, coconut sugar, vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, coffee, and salt to a food processor.
Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. This will take a couple of minutes. You want it very smooth.
Stir in the chocolate chips and orange zest.
Spray a nonstick mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray, and fill each muffin cup and to just below the top.
Bake for approximately 12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with crumbs on it.
Allow to cool in the pan for five minutes, remove, and cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
While the muffins are cooling, you can make the glaze.
Pour the chocolate chips and coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl.
Cook on high for one minute or until completely melted, stirring every 20 seconds.
To serve, drizzle the chocolate glaze over the muffins and sprinkle with additional orange zest if desired.

couch with a vintage map of downtown Annapolis! I already ordered the map and I got it quite large as its a large wall to fill. It’s 68×44 inches. I was just about to order 6 foot dowels and i realized, will those be too heavy to go on the ends? Any suggestions? Maybe I should just frame it? I really love the pull down style tho !!
