“Trust in him at all times, oh people: pour out your hearts to Him, for God is our refuge.” Psalm 62:8
For those of you who have been reading my posts this week, you know that I had been waiting for an ultrasound on Friday. The ultrasound was both to check on my baby and to investigate a lump my doctor had just discovered in my breast.
I was determined to not worry, but to remain in prayerful surrender to the Lord. But as you all know, that is never an easy task. Our minds wander, our hearts worry. We pray, we plead.
While I waited, one of the wonderful comments I received was from Faeryland Mom encouraging me with this verse from the Psalms and the lyrics from Audio Adrenaline’s song “Rest Easy.”
Her comment inspired my post today at Faith Lifts. Please click over to read what she had to say and how it impacted me. As well, after hours of struggling and a ton of help from Susan’s husband Rob, I was able to get the song “Rest Easy” embedded for you to listen to. So hop on over to Faith Lifts and enjoy!

Inspiring post and the song brought peace my way. I am dealing with my own health crisis and it has been difficult to not give into worry and dispair…even though I know he has me in his care. We all need reminding sometimes of how God is there … thank you.
