Rachel here with a great photo solution that will help you turn your snapshots into stunning photos.

Unlike Janice who is a professional photographer and edits her photos regularly, I’m an amateur photographer and I haven’t yet learned how to really polish my photos with editing software. As well as working here at 5 Minutes for Mom as Susan and Janice’s assistant, I’m also the owner and blogger behind busymommymedia.com. Being a busy working mom with 6 kids means I haven’t had time to perfect my photos over the years.

Even though I’m learning to improve my photos for my own blog, I have many photos of my kids that could benefit from some professional editing.

I’ve learned to accept that it’s okay if my photos aren’t perfect and take lots of pictures of my children anyway. There’s no point in letting perfection get in the way of capturing a great memory.

As a mom of 6, life is pretty much always hectic so if I waited until my house was clean or my kids were perfectly dressed, I’d never get any photos at all.

Ignoring the imperfect things in life lets me get little gems like the photo of my daughter above.

This girl rarely smiles when I have my camera out so I have very few photos of her beautiful smile. This photo made me so happy when I saw it on my camera, despite the sink full of dirty dishes behind her.

This could be a lesson in learning to accept that life is messy. It could.

Or it could be a chance to <check out Krome, a great photo editing app that has real editors working to make your photos look fantastic.

I was surprised at how affordable it was. Krome Studio offers personalized photo transformation for as low as $6.99 per photo. You can have them do anything from make simple changes to dramatically edit your photo.

I had them surprise me with this photo of my daughter. I wanted the messy dishes out of the photo so I could focus on her cute smile.

This is what they came up with:

Edit photos with Krome

They turned my daughter into a princess and we both absolutely love it. Now we can focus on her instead of the dirty dishes.

With Halloween just around the corner, this is a fun chance to try out some fun holiday backgrounds on some of your favorite photos that just need a bit of extra love.

Krome editors can also make simple changes. It’s great because it feels like having a photo editor right at your fingertips.

As someone who is definitely NOT a graphic designer, I love how simple they make this.

I’ve been making more of an effort to get in front of the camera lately. I got a fun shot the other day while my family was out walking of me with my dog.

It was only after I got home that I realized I still had the doggy waste bag tied to my dog’s leash. That didn’t exactly add anything to the photo.

I asked the Krome photo editors to remove the leash and bag. They did and they had it back to me so quickly.

Make your snapshots pop with Krome

Notice anything else?

I figured since they were going in there anyway, they might as well make me look a bit skinnier.
