I admit, social media has definitely cut into the amount of time I spend in real life social situations.
Since I’m a professional blogger and a social media influencer, it is pretty obvious that I spend the majority of my time online. It’s how I pay my bills.
And the truth is I love it. I love how I can stay in touch with so many different people from all over the world and connect deeply and profoundly with people going through similar life challenges.
But, I will agree that as a society, we all might be suffering somewhat from such a high percentage of our “social” time being online.
Chinet think so and wants to inspire us to get back to the true “social” experience.
They launched a series of 6 videos to poke fun at how some of us are letting social media invade our real life social engagements.
Take a look and tell me what you think of these #besocial videos…
Did that video make you smile or LOL?
Do you think we should all try to be put our social media aside more often in exchange for in-person social gatherings?
