Interview with Becky from “4 Days in a Week”

I blog because I do NOT scrapbook! HA! It’s been a long running joke with some friends that I refuse to join that ‘cult’! This way, I can journal and save memories in an easier format for me!

I started my own blog in January of 2008. I was reading blogs long before then and enjoyed them so much. I figured I would start my own.

I blog about my children, my faith, our life together, and things that God shows me in our everyday life.

I like to read friends’ blogs and get to know more about them and their families. I enjoy faith filled inspiring blogs that I find on Christian Women Online and through Faith Lifts Blogspot. I enjoy Rocks in My Dryer on a regular basis. I like to follow adoption journey blogs as that is my heart and passion.

Not really. I don’t write for money, fame, popularity, etc. so, I am no professional!

Yes! I love comments! My tracker shows that I get visitors from all over the world and average about 100 page loads a day. I would love to hear from all of those people!

Mainly my mother-in-law and my sister in my family…oh, and Coach–the hubby! Many friends as well.

I blog mostly during my daughter’s naptime or at night, after my children have gone to bed. I am a night owl so, most of my on-line time is at night. However, the computer is in the bedroom so, I often get kicked out when Coach is ready for bed!

I might average an hour a day, sometimes two. I make sure this is not during time I should be with my family! It can get very addictive for me!

I think the first blog I ever read was my friend Jamee’s. She introduced me to the ‘world’ and the concept of blogging, I had no idea what was out there!!

My children inspire me! My time with my family! My Lord and the world around me that He created!

I have been very challenged and inspired by lots of blogs that I read. I have learned lots by reading about others’ journeys in their daily lives and walks with the Lord. I have learned a lot about myself in reflecting about my writings.
