Interview with Marie from “Make and Takes”
“Make and Takes”

My kids and I are doing projects all the time. Putting them up on Make and Takes helps me get more crafty projects done, with less time watching TV.

I have been blogging for over a year now and loving it. I hope to continue Make and Takes for many more years to come!

I blog about lots of Kids Crafts, fun projects to do with your kids. I also do lots of sewing and stitching projects. Recipes are a part of my day, some with the kids and some just for dinner. I also do a few giveaways when I can. I love to announce winners, I am addicted to giveaways. I also started a fun weekly Storytime with Make and Takes. We are always reading books and now we are doing a creative project along with reading a book to help celebrate it and learn more about it.

Just get started. Sometimes it is just hard enough to just do it. Once it’s started, the addiction sets in and your hooked.

I love COMMENTS. I always respond, sometimes through the comments sections and sometimes with an email reply. Most of my comments are great suggestion or ideas that go along with the crafts we do. So I love when readers chime in!

I am a Stay at home Mom, so I blog when I can. I have a little office set up in the basement. When the kiddies are napping or at night, I am a bloggin’.

My sweet niece’s blog. She got me super excited to start one myself. Now I can’t stop!

Creative people with big imaginations. There is no limit to what can be thought up. I love that crafting just keeps happening, through handmade products or Kids crafts. I love the creative process.

I have been able to make more of my creativity with a place to put all my ideas. Blogging helps to organize the projects we do. I also love every other blogger out there. They are all truly inspiring. I love to spend time searching for great blogs and projects, seeing how creative people can be.
