Photography, Art, & Motherhood

Because it is easier then updating my website? Actually to promote my fine art photography and to share my interest with others.

I just started this year, 2008. It was my new year’s resolution.

My photography and artwork, my influences, and things about my life. I want to add more about the challenges of motherhood and how it effects being a photographer and artist.

I like to read blogs by my friends, about photography and travel. One of my favorite by and artist and mother is Elegant Bloggery and of course http://www.5minutesformom.com

I would love to. So far most of the people who have left comments I chat with on other places on the net. But I would love to get to know my readers better.

Sometimes. I only know when they mention it something I’ve written in conversation.

I’m addicted to Etsy and love the FAM (Fabulous Artistic Mom) group. I try to get on the forum everyday (FAM has a chat tread that’s lots of fun) and FAM also has an Ning group. Poetic-Pixies is also a great group started by POE (Photographers of Etsy). Did I mention I’m addicted to Etsy. There are lots of other sites I visit, but with so little time on the internet, being a mom and all, I don’t surf around as much as I would like.

I blog from home usually while my daughter is napping. I want’ to blog each day, but now that is getting older she doesn’t nap everyday. If we are out traveling in our RV then I blog when I can find a connection in the evening after my daughter is asleep.

Long ago, so I can’t remember. But my husband who owns his own website has encouraged me to blog.

My daughter, my family, and friends.

I have an etsy shop and my own website.
