I have a child with special needs and I started blogging as a way of helping me deal with all my frustrations and anxiety and just to let go. I knew there where other moms out there going through the same issues and I wanted to reach out, share and be a support group to each other.I also like to blog about all of life, the ups and downs, the vacations and all that goes with running a busy household and everything that comes in between.

I’m new to blogging, just a few months.

Well, it depends. Life, the family, everything. If it’s been a bad day, I’ll blog about what happened, but I try to put some levity in it. You have to look for the sunshine. Sometimes I blog about funny things that have happened or just random thoughts. And I love to participate in the the group themes, like Thirteen Thursday, Tackle it Tuesday or Wordless Wednesday.

Hmmm, I love to wander all around the internet, but some of my very favorites are http://www.5minutesformom.com/, http://life-as-a-parent.blogspot.com/, http://lilduckduck.com/, http://www.midlifemoments.com/, and http://www.adventuresinjuggling.blogspot.com/

Well, I’m a newbie myself, but I’d say, just keep going and write about what you want and for yourself. Be true to yourself!

Yes

Yes. My sister who lives in Atlanta checks in pretty regularly. And I don’t have to get on the phone over and over to keep family up to date with everything. Some of my offline friends keep up to date this way too.

I usually blog in the afternoon, it’s quiet time in our house at that time and I can actually get a few thoughts down.

Hmmm, if you ask my daughter, too much time! Especially if she wants something. But seriously, about 1-2 hours per day, sometimes more, but usually less.

Wow, I don’t remember…

My family, my children, life.
