I love to write. I love to share. I blog because I think Mommys are part of a great, big, beautiful sorority and it is amazing to know we experience many of the same amazing moments, crazy challenges, tear-filled hours and joy-filled days. I blog because I hope other moms will recognize themselves in what I experience and feel comforted, loved and inspired

Not long enough. I am late to the blogging game but loving every minute of it.

The everyday, extraordinary experiences of being a Mommy – the joy of a sweet moment with my daughter, Delaney the giggles of my son, the panic at feeling responsible for other human beings, the sometimes failure I feel, the treasure that is my husband and family, and the gratitude I do my best to embrace regularly.

I love it. I can’t get enough of visitor’s comments…I’m a bit behind, but I try to get in touch with everyone who comments.

Many – and I am blessed to know that they do.

I blog 3-4 times a day…usually first thing in the morning, last thing at night…and any time I can steal away.

Many, many things: the love of my husband, Delaney and Cooper giggling, the support of friends, the smell of the ocean, palm trees, music (yes, just about all of it!).

I do. http://www.ExtraordinaryMommy.com. I’d love for you to stop by.

It has satisfied my deep-seated desire to write and I love that it will some day serve as a ‘modern journal’ for my children. Hopefully it will help them to understand their totally ‘uncool’ Mom.
