“We Love Beading - The Bead Shak Blog”

We started the Bead Shak site in 2003 to showcase our bead patterns but wanted to expand on this to include beading hints, tips, ideas and help for all beaders.

Since June 2006

We blog mostly about beaded banner patterns, beading hints and tips, suggestions from our readers, what is new at Bead Shak, some personal experiences and just generally how we feel about the craft of beading.

We enjoy visiting crafting blogs of all kinds. We love to see what everyone is doing in the craft of their choice, whether its scrap booking, crochet or knitting, its great to see the finished projects and the imagination that went into these finished projects.

Our family and friends that live away from us visit our blog to see what we have been up to!

We don’t have a set time to blog, but we do gather ideas for the blog and then when we have the time we post our ideas and thoughts! We usually write the blog post and save it and then go back and add to it or edit it and then post it.

To write a blog post and gather all the necessary information and photos we spend approximately an hour for each post!

Yes we do and we use mostly Ice Rocket

Through surfing the net for computer help and found a blog that was offering solutions to computer problems.

When somebody takes the time to send us a photo of a completed project from one of our patterns, when we have helped a beginner beader do their first project and my best friend Jenny!
