Not Entirely British

My blog at Not Entirely British provides me with a creative outlet, and also keeps me writing almost daily, which is good exercise for an author. I love sharing good news with others, and blogging also offers that facility.

Since June 2007.

My advice for newbies is to go out and meet other bloggers by visiting and commenting on posts. It’s easy to do because there is such a wealth of good information out there.

I love to receive and respond to comments. I learn a lot from other people and the way they live their lives.

I blog early in the morning before the day gets going. My posts often show the time between 5:30 A.M. and 7:00 A.M. because that’s when the house is quiet and it’s easier to concentrate.

I usually spend between an hour a day, five or six days a week, working on blogs.

I didn’t know there were such things! But thanks for the information.

I heard about blogging through another writer friend who blogs, and who found book sales increased when she did so.

Good music, uplifting movies, well written books, and the lives of other people who struggle against adversity.

I recently co-authored an Irish screenplay titled,The Ardanea Pendant, with award winning screenwriter, Jeanne McKinney, and the whole creative process inspired me as the story unfolded and we revised until it sparkled. This will be one superb movie.

Yes, at the moment, I have one at www.annebradshaw.com.

I have definitely learned much, both about myself, and the world around me. Some posts, such as articles for Teens, necessitate research in order to get accurate information, and I really enjoy this process. It’s time consuming, but enlightening and entertaining.

I like to include plenty of pictures with my posts, and this involves more research to get just the right shots. I’m always amazed at the amount of talent out there. Photography has come a long way in a few years.
