I consider my blog to be a (very) public diary. I can share things with readers that I wouldn’t be comfortable sharing with some of my closest offline friends. The support, friendships, and community I have found through blogging has been nothing short of amazing.

For about three years now.

My crazy life. Celebrities. Television. Faith. Books. Just about everything!

Take the time to get to know your fellow bloggers. Comment on their sites, show your support for them, and you’ll find yourself developing amazing friendships.

Yes. I tried not responding to comments because life is just so hectic, but it always felt strange to me. I figure if someone is kind enough to leave a comment supporting me and my blog, it’s only kind to return the favor and respond to them.

No! And I hope it stays that way! I like to feel uninhibited in what I share, and if I had family or friends reading me, I would have to blog through a filter.

Mostly in the evenings, on my laptop.

I have, over the years, developed a number of friendships with dozens of bloggers. It’s all I can do to keep up with their lives so I never go searching for new blogs anymore.

Through a friend of mine who was blogging before blogging was “cool” (she is always ahead of her time!)

Faith, friendships, and the unwavering support of online friends through some of the hardest times in my life.
