I blog because it’s better than therapy for me. For me, it’s all about living A Life Outside the Box. About choosing the hard road and learning what it means to trust in my Father.

In A Life Outside the Box, I talk about adoption and family. My faith (and lack of it) and the hope I have for the oprhaned children of the world. On my blog Fresh Popcorn, I discuss my newborn attempts at frugal, healthy living, and all that other “fun” stuff. I’d love to have you join me on my walks through life!

I love to chat and once in awhile I dedicate an entire post to answering the many questions that pile up. It’s a great way to get to know my readers.

Everyone in my family that has a computer reads my blog, as well as many, many aquaintences in the area. They were my prayer support when one of our adoptions fell through and A Life Outside the Box was their link to what was happening day by day.

I try to blog every day and sometimes more than that. It just depends where my heart and head are at.

My children inspire me.
