I blog as a means to unwind and refocus particularly when I am feeling frustrated juggling family and work and everything else. At the end of the day, I hope that I can also help other working parents feel less frustrated with their workplace situation by providing feasible workplace options and inspiration to balance family and career.

My blog is filled with resources for working parents and family friendly companies from options for a more flexible schedule, ways to include your family in your work life, and occasionally job postings. My posts read more like short articles than pieces of personal commentary, but each one is inspired by experiences or challenges that I have faced in the workplace.

I love to read visitor comments. Comments remind me that people are reading my blog and hopefully finding some impetus to make a positive change for their career and family.
