Interview with Amy from “The LadyBug and her Blogging Mama”
“The LadyBug and her Blogging Mama”

Blogging is a fantastic creative outlet for me. I couldn’t imagine not blogging. I have so much fun reviewing products at MumsTheWurd! and writing for the Chicago Moms Blog. I feel like a big part of a fantastic community.

Over three years now.

I normally blog about what I do on a daily basis with my toddler. I am attempting to branch out and blog more about parenting joys and struggles. I think it’s important to get information out there to new moms and to ask advice of seasoned moms. I have two blogs, one that revolves around my little bug and another that revolves around reviewing parenting and kid’s products called MumsTheWurd.

Just a couple of my favorite blogs are:
Antique Mommy A 44 yr. old mom who captures your heart when she talks about the little man in her life.
Chicago Moms Blog The group of women that I call my “bloggy sistahs”!

Customize your blog to make it your own. I am more likely to keep coming back if your blog looks unique. There are plenty of people out there who could help you spruce up your site a little, just ask!

LOVE it! The more the merrier…

Yes, as a matter of fact they do. My mom reads my blogs on a daily basis. We live almost 600 miles away, so this is a great way for her to keep tabs on me and my little one.

I blog from my home on a daily basis. Any time of the day, really. Whenever I feel like I have something to get off of my chest.

Too much to mention. : )

I haven’t used search engines like that just yet. I belong to some but I have so many blogs I try to read right now that I just don’t have time to find many new ones. I think Technorati is a great resource though, as well as Sk*rt, BlogTopList, Top Blog Area and Delightful Blogs.

A girlfriend of mine had a Live Journal.

My friend’s Live Journal.

My husband. My child. My family. My friends. My life. : )

MumsTheWurd This is my review blog with my friend, Laura. We review parenting, kid’s and baby products and we welcome you to stop by! We tend to have a many giveaways on a weekly basis.

If there wasn’t a such thing as “blogging”, I think being a SAHM for the past two years would have been extremely tough. The fact that I have connected with so many wonderful women over the past couple of years has had a HUGE impact on my life. They’ve made it possible for me to see that I don’t have to go through tough times alone and they are also there to celebrate my successes with me. I have been inspired by so many bloggers and that itself has made my life more adventurous.
