Interview with Robin from “A Day in the Life”

“A Day in the Life”

I blog because it gives me a way to put my feelings into words. I also blog because it allows me to meet other people who are going through the same experiences as me…money issues, marriage issues, the devastation of losing a baby & trying to get pregnant again. I also blog to meet new people who share my same interests (i.e. scrapbooking).

I have been blogging since November 2006.

Whatever comes to mind on any given day. It might be a funny story about my dog or random thoughts…

My advice would be to just have fun with it. Don’t worry if you think you don’t have anything in common with other bloggers, especially if you don’t have children yet.

I have not done that yet.

Yes, my sister reads my blog, as well as 3 or 4 offline friends.

I usually blog at night at home.

I probably spend about 5 hours a week writing & reading blogs.

No.

I work for a TV station & I think we may have done a story a few years ago about the popularity of blogging.

The blog my step-brothers wife started for their unborn baby…but, now it’s a blog about the baby because she’s a year old.

Lots of things. Most recently, I was inspired by a woman who wrote about her miscarriage. Reading her story helped me be able to put my feelings of my loss into words.

Yes.
