I enjoy keeping an ongoing journal of the recipes I try and the meals I create in my kitchen. I also enjoy the food blogging community and the relationships that have been made through various events.

I have been blogging for about 1 1/2 years total.

I started a blog at the end of my pregnancy to share my experiences with my family that lives out of state. Then I continued blogging once my son was born. I enjoyed that enough that I decided to start my food blog awhile later.

I like reading a variety of other food blogs. My favorites are Rice and Noodles and La Tartine Gourmande.

Post consistently, include good pictures, and keep it interesting.

Yes, I enjoy comments and I have gotten to know a few fellows bloggers quite well through commenting. I have also discovered numerous blogs though these links.

Yes, my family checks in quite often and my sister in law even started her own blog recently.

Not really

I blog whenever I can. Be it in the morning or night I like to post when I find the time. I usually blog at home but I have posted from my parents when I’ve been there for long stays at Christmas or other holidays.

1-2 hours per day

I have used Technorati, blogger, and google.

I honestly cannot remember. I remember the first blog I did find about a couple having their first child…but I cannot remember how I stumbled upon it.

The first blog…the one mentioned about is called Northcutt Clan.

Creative people, cookbooks, and nature.

I have one additional blog called The Khoury Family which is my blog about raising my son. This one is mainly to keep the grandparents informed.
