I love to share new recipes and ideas with fellow bloggers and let people know that ANYONE can cook. It doesn’t have to be hard and can be incredibly enjoyable. It is also a much healthier alternative than the saturated fat and chemical laden pre-packaged food on the market.

On other blogs for several years, but this one has just been live since October 2006

FOOD!!! I provide recipes with photos as well as practical kitchen advice.

Go for it! Don’t keep putting it off!
Make sure you comment on similar blogs, as this is a surefire way to get noticed and find readers with similar interests, but only if it’s genuine comment about their post, otherwise it looks like spam!

Absolutely! I love to hear when someone has made one of my recipes and what they thought of it. I’ve even gotten some good advice for recipe improvements!

At my family computer whenever the kids are occupied or napping!

I usually get two or three posts in a week, so I’d say about an hour writing. I can take several hours cooking however for the blog!!! I do a lot of blog reading.

Not really.

My father-in-law mentioned it several years ago. He thought it was so funny that it was called a “blog!” But it piqued my interest and I got hooked!

I can’t even remember… I’d say it was something political, I was working on John McCain’s 2000 campaign at the time!

My children, my husband and my parents.

I run a craft club for scrapbookers and card makers in our area. I run the blog associated with it. http://MidlandsCraftClub.org

I have met some incredible people and learned so much!
