Interview with “Antique Mommy”
“Antique Mommy”

Blogging feeds that need to do something creative in the amount of time I have available, which is about fifteen minutes at any one time. I have found that it also provides a sense of community with other women that I really enjoy.

I started blogging over the Fourth of July weekend last year.

I blog about what it’s like to be a 46-year-old woman with a toddler in a world of 20-something mom’s who have tatoos and wear tankinis.

I do enjoy the people who take the time to leave a comment on Antique Mommy. In return, I go to their blog and get a peek into their world. What a privilege that is.

Yes, they do and that is an incentive to always think twice before pushing the Publish button. I pray daily that God would set a guard over my lips and my keyboard.

I usually blog during naptime or early in the morning before anyone is up.

More time than I’d like to confess openly.

I went on-line to check out service times for a church we were planning to visit and I saw a Blogger button on their web and I clicked on it.

Everything inspires me in one way or another.
