Interview with Melissa or MJS4Him from “Faith Filled Wives”

“Faith Filled Wives”

http://faithfilledwives.blogspot.com

I started blogging to share my testimony. Then I felt the call to start Faith Filled Wives. God has placed the need on my heart that there are just not enough resources out there for the “spiritually single” woman. I know there are many of us out there, who are in this same situation. It is great to have some support. I knew this was needed, but the reception that Faith Filled Wives has gotten in the blogging community, reaffirms with God had told me. This is my calling.

I have only been blogging since November, 2006. I had a very good friend who blogged and loved it. I had to see what was so great about it. Once I started with My Journey I was hooked and was trying to find anything I could to blog about.

Faith Filled Wives is for Christian wives. I use research and Scripture to help women become more godly wives, and to support those who are married to non-believers.

Oh, there are so many. I will start with 5 Minutes for Mom and . Then there is A Walk Through the Valley (Becki is the one who started me blogging) and Wives of Faith. I try to frequent all the blogs on my blog rolls, but there are a lot of them there. :)

I love to chat with my visitors through comments. I also love to leave comments on other blogs, but I am actually very shy and have a hard time leaving comments some times.

My mom and my sister have my URL. I also have lots of family and friends on MySpace who have access to my blogs but if they read it, they do not let me know.

LOL! Yes, I love forums. I am very involved over at Moms of Faith. Moms of Grace is another amazing community (I just love MOG and wish I had more time to spend there). Blog Mommas, although there are not a ton of members, the ones that are active are very close and respect each other very much. Moms Making a Difference is also a great place to visit with other Christian moms.

In my “office” anytime I get the chance.

I spend at least 5 to 6 hours a week writing and researching my posts. I want them to be as accurate as humanly possible.

I had heard about it for a long time but I never really was interested in it until I met Becki.

I do not remember, but it was several years ago, so it was probably very secular. Most likely dealing with the MMORPG I used to play.

God’s Word, beauty and love.

I am working on a website for Faith Filled Wives. It should be live soon. I also have blogs at My Journey (which is my testimony) and A Cup of Tea With Me (which is my personal diary of sorts).
