I blog because I have learned daily lessons from God’s word for a long time…and I thought it would be good to share what I’ve learned with others.

I have been blogging since August of 2006. This came as a result of encouragement and a challenge from attending Classeminar (a writer’s/speakers conference).

I normally blog about life…and what God’s word has taught me about life.

Be careful about revealing too much personal information about yourself…there are predators out there who surf the web for vulnerable people who share too much information about their feelings (like a diary). Make your thoughts general…not too specific…and be careful about saying things like…we’re going on vacation…(letting anyone and everyone who reads your blog that your house will be unoccupied) Maybe…you could mention after the vacation…what you enjoyed about vacation.

I have corresponded with several who subscribe to my blog. I haven’t ever chatted, but would be open to that…according to my studying/work schedule.

Yes, my friends and family read my blog, and apparently the list is growing, praise the Lord!

no

I usually blog from home…and I do it at the end of the day….weekly.

2 hours a week

No…I’m just beginning to explore the world of blogs.

Through my children…and other college aged kids.

my daughter’s blog while she was in West Africa for 3 months.

God’s word inspires me. Helping others inspires me. Sharing truth to guide others also inspires me. My children and grandchildren inspire me to be a more loving person who takes the time to really love. My husband inspires me…and encourages and supports me to do what God has called me to do.

NO.
