Interview with Cris from “June Cleaver After A Six-Pack”

I decided to blog after we moved and I was missing my friends. I used to email them almost daily with my random thoughts and such until they finally said “would you just create a blog already?” So I did~

Just about a month-and can you believe Oprah or People magazine have yet to call me??!

My life with my husband and kids. I blog about my neighbors, my friends. I blog about the snotty check-out girl at Safeway, or anyone else who I encounter in my day. I blog about childhood memories that have caused me to be in therapy-just kidding mom, and I blog about military life, religion, politics, stupid news lines and movie stars. Basically-I blog about it all.

Blog every day. Blog about even the things you think are stupid and trivial–you never know who you are impressing! Blog about sex only if you are lying–and you are complimenting your husband!

Yes, I have met some great moms through comments. I will always go visit the blog of a person who has commented on mine. It is only proper blogging etiquette afterall!

Of Course, they were the first ones I told about my blog. Thankfully my parents do not have a computer or they would be calling me with questions… but they are supportive of my selling them out for fame and fortune. Blogging is a hard world to break in to… it takes the help of your friends reading and sending it along to other people.

nope-I am still browsing forums… that is how I found this one!

I blog usually early in the morning after my youngest has woken me up–before the sun is even awake! I may blog throughout the day-quick thoughts that I think of or come across.

maybe an hour a day? That is the standard answer right? If I said more, I would look like a computer blogger that has no life, and if I put less it would look like I don’t care. Let’s just stick with one hour. I do have a life–really, I do!

I started reading Jason Mulgrew’s blog after he was in People magazine a couple of years back as one of the “50 hottest bachelors” or something like that. I was not looking for a hot bachelor, as I was already married to a retired hot bachelor, but I thought the article sounded really funny so I checked it out.

God, my husband, my children… beer, long island ice-tea, vodka and cranberry juice.
