My blog is where I sort out my thoughts and get a better understanding of my own perspective about spirituality and the church. I enjoy having a place to wrestle with issues that aren’t a part of most everyday conversations. Also, I have recently begun using my blog to chronicle some of our homeschool adventures.

I began blogging in 2005 and only since late 2006 have I been blogging on a semi-daily basis.

I often blog about walking with Christ and my journey on the path He is laying before me. I also use my blog to record experiences we have during our homeschooling.

I love to chat through comments. I encourage anyone who reads an entry to leave their thoughts - iron can only sharpen iron when there is interaction!

I usually blog early in the morning. I try to get my blogging time in before the little ones are awake. When I am able, I will also check back in to my blog at night once things are beginning to settle down around here.

I am inspired by people who don’t put God in a box. I am inspired by those who can see outside their own life and take action to impact the lives of those around them, including the undesirable and neglected. Additionally, I am inspired by women who walk in the fruits of the Spirit in a gentle and quiet manner - I am still learning this!
