Interview with Robyn Tippins from “Practical Blogging”
“Practical Blogging”

I enjoy helping hobby bloggers go from just playing around with their blog to seeing their blog earn them substantial money.

Almost 2 years.

Blog monetization, problogging, blog networks, blogger jobs, affiliate advertising, adsense, text link ads and ad sales.

Write great content. Don’t fall for ebook schemes and ‘guaranteed revenue’ subscriptions. Don’t link to sites that you don’t trust and don’t sell your soul for an advertiser. In the end, you want to write a blog you can be proud of, and selling your opinion to the highest bidder isn’t something anyone would want.

Very much. Most of my entries ends up w/at least 5 comments.

Not many, but I’ve made lots of friends online that now regularly read it. My blog is really for those people who want to make the leap to problogger. My family and offline friends don’t really fit into that category.

I blog at a cafe here locally in the morning while my kids are in school. At mid-day, when I have to pick up the youngest ones (I have 4), I may blog a little more at home, but usually I try to do the bulk of my work while they are gone in the am or in the evenings when they are in bed.
