I blog because i want to let my friends and family on ther other side of the globe on how we are getting along in life. Our challenges that we face here and my challenge as a new mom trying to raise a child into a multi cultural family and bilingual too!

I have been blogging since November 2005.

Food, friends, places we go to, gatherings we attend, weather, any kind of challenges we face daily! and the differences of cultures!

everyday i choose randomly a blog from 5 minutes for Mom! And of course, i have a list of my friends blog that i read religiously everyday too!

I am a newbie myself, so i would say, just be honest and speak your mind out, rant about whatever it is you want to rant about! There are people who read it! Especially if you are like me, far away from home, where you have to learn a new language, lifestyle and make friends all over again!!!

I normally dont. I have a chat box in my blog so i chat there!

Yes, my family reads my blog (http://voskenslaan.blogspot.com/) often. And i do get people i dont know dropping by too.

I dont visit any forums at all but do check into an expat forum living in Belgium. http://www.xpats.com/

i normally blog after my daughter has gone to bed, so thats in the evening. And always blog from home.

Reading blogs is a daily thing for me. Writing it, perhaps once or at the most 3 times a week!

i just do a normal search at blogger to find a blog to read!

I came across a mom’s blog that has your website link on her blogsite! thats how i got to 5 minutes for mom!

A friend of mine moved from home to the Netherlands, and she blogs about her life there, thus her blog was the first one i ever read! http://lostinlimburg.blogspot.com/

real life heroic stories, oprah winfrey!, seeing how my daughter never gives up so easily!, amazing pictures from national geographic….
