I blog for various reasons…I love writing so it gives me a chance to do that. I am also a minister’s wife, so it gives me an avenue to write about Biblical things and meet other wives in the ministry. I wanted an avenue to minister and talk with other moms too. We went through a season where I worked full time, so the opportunity to chat with other working moms was helpful as well.

Christian Women Online is awesome…that’s where I met so many people that I blog with now. I have many friends who started blogs too! Anybody in my Daily Visits is worth the visit!

Just Do It! I used a basic template in the beginning, but after getting the hang of it, and viewing so many other sites, I asked a girl to design my template. It takes work to make things look a certain way and be a part of blog rolls and stuff, but it’s worth it!I have met so many people across the country that I have made connections with. I used Blogger for my site and still do and like it. It’s easy and most people know how to deal with Blogger, should you have problems.

Oh yes! It’s been great keeping in touch with family who live in other states, and even across town! We have friends serving overseas and it’s great knowing they can check in on us, and we can check in on them.My dad lives in FL, and he is able to see pictures of his grandson and see what we have been up to any time he wants. I have some friends, and some of my mom’s friends who honestly view it to see what funny story I am telling each week. I guess my writing is quite humorous sometimes.

At least once a day I check out blogs and when I write, I spend about an hour doing my writing and proofing.

If I had to give one answer, it would be Christ. His Love, Mercy, Grace, and the umpteen other words I could use to describe Him, sum Him up as inspiring. He is the one who gives me pure joy, satisfaction, and desire. I don’t ever have to wonder how He feels about me, since He tells me in various ways each day. When times are tough, I draw my strength from Him and He gives me the prefect amount of grace to handle the situation. My husband and son are inspiring too, but in a different way. They are physically here, so I can touch them and know they are there. My husband helps to build me up in a loving and Christian way and this journey we are on is so incredible…I wouldn’t walk this road with anyone else by my side. My husband is awesome. Our son is a joy. He is so much like me that I have to laugh. He inspires me to be a good momma each day.I have very dear friends in my heart who also inspire me…Jae, Michelle, Kim, and Kaci…they are rocks in my life, and we have seen each other through some crazy turns in life.My mom and a woman who my son affectionately calls Mema Linda they both have poured their lives into me, and for that, I will always be grateful. So, as you can see, many things inspire me, but ultimately, the people were given to me by the Lord…my one, true inspiration.
