I thought breastfeeding would be natural and easy until I had my first daughter and I realized how important it is to have breastfeeding support. Breastfeeding 1-2-3 provides an informative, supportive and encouraging environment for women to learn about and discuss breastfeeding.

I blog about nursing in public, mothers’ breastfeeding stories, Mom-to-Mom support questions and answers, nutrition, mothers’ health and medications, news, and donation of breast milk.
